Q: When did Forever 5 officially open?

A:  We officially opened March 2021!  

Q. Is Forever 5 accepting bookings for events?

A: We are! Currently we are accepting bookings for 2022 & 2023.  

Q: How does the booking process work?

A. Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure an event date a signed contract and 25% of the final rental fee must be received by Forever 5 Events.

Q: Do you allow outside vendors?

A. Yes! We allow outside vendors for everything with the exception of alcohol, bartending services and security.

Q. Are we required to hire a wedding coordinator?

A. The use of a professional wedding coordinator/planner is required for all weddings events. Choosing from our preferred vendor list is suggested, as we have worked with and recommend these vendors personally.

Q. What if I have over 200 guests?

A. We recommend not going above 200 guests to allow for plenty of dance floor space. If your guest count goes over 200 you can setup a dancefloor on our turfed area under the stars! 

Q. How many hours does the rental include?

A. Event days are reserved for 14 hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Events must conclude no later than 11:00 PM to allow for a one-hour breakdown. Extra hours may be purchased for an additional fee.

Q. Are any discounts offered?

A. Yes! We offer discounts for active military personnel and first responders.

Q. Who sets up the tables & chairs?

A. Forever 5 Events provides and sets up all tables and chairs for ceremony and reception. We offer a selection of rectangle and round tables that seat 8-12 guests, as well as a choice between 3 different styles of chairs (copper metal, white bentwood style and white classic garden chairs).

Q. Do you offer payment plans?

A. Yes, Forever 5 Events divides the total rental fee into 4 equal payments. Payments are collected in 25% installments of the total rental fee starting with the first 25% at booking and then remaining collected at 180, 120 and 60 days prior to the event.

Q.Can I bring my dog(s)?

A. Forever 5 Events is dog friendly. We do have rules in place for sanitary reasons and to keep guests safe.

Q. Are we able to set up the day before or earlier than my rental period start-time on the day of?

A. No, access to the venue is strictly within the rental period agreed in your contract. Should you want to purchase extra hours for the morning of your event, they can be purchased for an additional fee. Forever 5 Events reserves the right to charge the hourly fee with a 1-hr minimum should early entry or late exit occur without prior agreement.

Q. What charities do you donate to?

A. We donate to several different charities that all give towards children with cancer, such as The Connorman Foundation, Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and more! You can learn about these and other foundations that we support here.
