A: Absolutely! We would love to show you around the property and Olive Branch House. We are currently limiting tours due to construction, so please bear with us as we try to accommodate all requests.
A: We are! Currently we are accepting bookings for June 2020 and beyond. Inquire with us about our ‘construction pricing’.
A. Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure an event date a signed contract and 25% of the final rental fee must be received by Forever 5 Events.
A. Yes! We allow outside vendors for everything with the exception of alcohol, bartending services and security.
A. The use of a professional wedding coordinator/planner is required for all weddings events. Choosing from our preferred vendor list is suggested, as we have worked with and recommend these vendors personally.
A. Unfortunately, per our building occupancy load, events must not exceed 200 guests. Should an event exceed the maximum limit, the fire marshal has the right to shut down the event. An event with more than 200 guests would also greatly compromise the quality of the event.
A. Event days are reserved for 14 hours from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Events must conclude no later than 11:00 PM to allow for a one-hour breakdown. Extra hours may be purchased for an additional fee.
A. Yes! We offer discounts for active military personnel and first responders.
A. Forever 5 Events provides and sets up all tables and chairs for ceremony and reception. We offer a selection of rectangle and round tables that seat 8-12 guests, as well as a choice between 3 different styles of chairs (copper metal, white bentwood style and white classic garden chairs).
A. Yes, Forever 5 Events divides the total rental fee into 4 equal payments. Payments are collected in 25% installments of the total rental fee starting with the first 25% at booking and then remaining collected at 180, 120 and 60 days prior to the event.
A. Forever 5 Events is dog friendly. We do have rules in place for sanitary reasons and to keep guests safe.
A. No, access to the venue is strictly within the rental period agreed in your contract. Should you want to purchase extra hours for the morning of your event, they can be purchased for an additional fee. Forever 5 Events reserves the right to charge the hourly fee with a 1-hr minimum should early entry or late exit occur without prior agreement.
